2. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on waoumii.co.za are in South African Rands (ZAR). Payments are processed securely via Yoco. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order dispatch.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are printed and prepared locally upon payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days via door-to-door courier nationwide across South Africa.
4. Returns & Refunds (ECTA Cooling-Off Period)
- In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your item for a refund.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- If a shirt arrives with a printing defect or incorrect sizing due to an error on our end, please notify us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
